Teamwork is something CLS staff takes very seriously. Our Client Services Department works closely with all team members to assure that our client's time lines and needs are met. Our primary goal is to produce quality data in a timely manner. 
 
  Taking Action on ANY Client Need
The Client Services/Project Management Department serves as the primary lab contact for clientele. For any questions, or changes in the scope of work, client requests are processed through this department. This is where work progress and project time lines are monitored. 
 
  Person to Person - SAME DAY - Client Service Response
Our experienced client services staff is available by phone, fax and e-mail to respond quickly to your important project needs and time requirements. 
 
  Qualified Project Management
CLS utilizes US EPA prescribed methods whenever applicable. Other sources of analytical methods may be used for other analyses if widely recognized by industrial and government laboratories. 
 
  Industry standard methods are published by US EPA, American Public Health Association (APHA), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), and American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA).
