California Laboratory Services is a certified laboratory with the State of California through the California Water Boards Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP). Our certificate number is 1233.
CLS utilizes the prescribed methods of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) whenever applicable. Other sources of analytical methods may be used for other analyses if widely recognized by industrial and government laboratories. Industry standard methods are published by the EPA, Standard Methods, American Public Health Association (APHA), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), and American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA).
